2.2 Booking confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\nA reservation is confirmed only after receipt of a guarantee, either in the form of a deposit, or by the transmission of credit card details.<\/p>\n
3. Rate<\/h4>\n
3.1 Room rates<\/strong><\/p>\nRates include applicable VAT. Tourist tax is charged in addition, in accordance with current regulations.<\/p>\n
3.2 Price changes<\/strong><\/p>\nRates are subject to change without notice, but the prices confirmed at the time of booking remain guaranteed.<\/p>\n
3.3 Additional services<\/strong><\/p>\nAdditional services (breakfast, parking, spa, etc.) are billed as extras,\u00a0according to the rates displayed at the time of booking.<\/p>\n
4. Payment methods<\/h4>\n\n- Payments can be made by credit card or in cash.<\/li>\n
- The balance of the stay must be paid on arrival or departure, according to the terms agreed at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
5. Cancellation and modification conditions<\/h4>\n
5.1 Cancellation by the customer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Free cancellation: Up to 1 day before the arrival date (unless otherwise stated in the offer booked).<\/li>\n
- Late cancellation: If cancellation occurs after this time, a penalty equivalent to 100% of the total amount of the stay or the first night without extras will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
5.2 No-shows<\/strong><\/p>\nIn the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be invoiced.<\/p>\n
In the event of a no-show on the day of booking :<\/p>\n
\n- The contract is automatically cancelled.<\/li>\n
- In accordance with articles 1590 of the French Civil Code and L 214-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Establishment will retain all sums paid by the Customer at the time of booking as a deposit.<\/li>\n
- For non-cancellable \/ non-exchangeable \/ non-refundable reservations, the deposit corresponds to the total amount of the reservation, including the options selected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
5.3 Booking changes<\/strong><\/p>\nAll requests for changes will be processed according to the hotel’s availability and may incur additional charges.<\/p>\n
